Je tiens à préciser que cette série n’a pas été retouchée. Seul traitement : Lightroom. Pour être honnête, ça m’arrive rarement de faire zéro retouches, mais là c’est le cas, et j’adore le rendu tel quel. Plusieurs facteurs rentrent en jeux : Le modèle qui est arrivée soignée et maquillée, bien maquillée… la lumière naturelle pour le coup, qui est vraiment top, et ensuite le traitement, un vieux noir et blanc bien granuleux…. S E N S U A L I T Y I have been doing some deep work around my brand and what exactly it is that I am bringing to this world. In my training program we are urged to choose a niche. This literally made me want to scream, "Noooo, but I want to help EVERYONE!" Silly, silly me. Since starting HonorThy and this new adventure into coaching, it always felt like there was a missing thread. I'm creative, yes. With a down-to-earth kinda feel...but there was something else. But for some reason I couldn't hit the nail on the head. As I sat in meditation with my Deva (energetic frequency of myself, therefore my brand)—I visualized slithery, slowly moving vines and branches emerging from the ground. Speckled with vibrant colored flowers blooming with delight. It felt earthy, creative, and...sensual. This is it. This is the missing piece. I have been resistant towards using the word 'sensual' to define me and my work. But why? It was so OBVIOUS. Part of me thinks it's my rebellious nature going against using anything that is overused. But as I look at my photography, my words, how I move, how I approach sexuality...this was the missing thread pulling it all together. Sensuality. Duh, Olivia. So my niche, if you want to say, is sensuality. And to me, this is being deeply anchored into your body by honoring the infinite range of pleasure and delight from all the physical (and energetic) senses. Having great sex is a huge benefit to being truly sensual, if course. To me, sensuality is a major foundational element that many people are missing in their lives. You can take all the sex ed and self love workshops, classes, and programs until you're blue in the face. But if you can't feel, and I mean REALLY FEEL your body, it's all just information and technique. My passion is to reconnect people to their sensual bodies to experience sensation, pleasure, and delight by using holistic tools that stimulate the senses.
