Very upset. Very, very, very upset!!!
I was listening to music (the I’m Not Okay With This soundtrack, if you must know) and a song comes on. I’m okay with it, it’s not particularly bad or anything but it’s not my fave. But now we reach the end of the song. And there’s fucking tongue clicking. Like persistent tongue clicking for a solid 40 seconds. I’m autistic, I have anxiety, and I have misophonia, okay? Certain noises are my enemy and they really set me on edge, sometimes to the point of panic attacks. Tongue clicking is definitely one of those noises.
Like, it’s not the songs fault or Spotify’s fault or anybody’s fault but my messed up brain. But the truth of the matter is: I was doing good, I was feeling okay and I was happy. One tiny thing out of anyone’s control happened and now my entire night is fucked up. It’s just so FRUSTRATING. I hate it. Why is my brain like this? Why can’t I be normal? It’s just URGGH!
Anyways, that’s my rant.
