Abel: Had his suspicions-- Scandalabra's always on top of him after all, and he talked at length about Lee so his crush was very obvious. Vice versa was more of a surprise, but Abel has a feeling of "seems like they make each other happy, so how can I not be happy FOR them?"
Airyn: Doesn't have much to say about it, like most things. Probably just thinks they're a weird fit but doesn't give it much thought.
Amir: Amir thinks Scandalabra is kind of a loser canonically LOL and admires Lee and is absolutely CONVINCED they can do better, but he's not a meddler, even if he does throw shade on the side about the whole thing.
Arma: Nervous about the fact the human's dating a candle, who has been known to create a big scorching flame when he's emotional. She'll likely give Lee a crash course on how to remain safe, and doesn't like how Lee's clothes sometimes smell of smoke when they come near.
Artt: He doesn't really think all that much on it, but he seems like the open minded sort so he's not about to comment. His bio says he hates "Closed Mindedness" after all.
Barry: As a fan of drama (but from the sidelines) he does like to keep up to date with the pair of them. Sometimes Lee vents about his behaviour to Barry, because Scandalabra can be ... A LOT. Scandalabra will also turn to Barry sometimes to vent but mostly to be like "THEY'RE MAD AT ME BUT WHYYY???" But on the whole, Barry can tell they care about each other deeply and only wants what's best for them both.
Bathsheba: This meme:
Beau: Not really all that caught up with the goings on in the house, but knows about Scandalabra through his... less than stellar reputation. Probably reacted like "Those two? Huh... Okay Then." and moved on with her day.
Ben-hwa: "Oh, he REALLY likes to be pegged, doesn't he?"
Betty: Has seen first hand how much they love each other, being Lee's bed after all. It's where they go to make love and cuddle up after. It was a little hard, as her feelings for Lee were very strong for a long time and she was kinda left to the wayside and has to see this take place took a bit of getting used to but she's working through it best she can.
Beverly: She heard a lot of gossip through the grapevine, being a bartender and hearing from patrons who had stuff to say about their relationship nursing drinks. She tolerates Scandalabra a bit better than most, and can tell Lee cares a lot, if how giggly and cuddly they get around him when they're drunk is any indication.
Bobby: Probably thought Lee was cooler than to date some weird dork like Scandalabra, but keeps their thoughts on the matter to themself coz "it ain't my business and I don't wanna know"
Bodhi : Less up to date on Scandalabra's antics since he's been in the crawlspace since the 80s. Just sees Lee around with this guy who looks like he's from the 1800s and is like "woah you must'a been in a time capsule even longer than me! congrats on the relationship hope modern dating's rad for you my man"
Cabrizzio: Gets a distinct feeling Scandalabra could do with being more down to earth, romantic and chivalrous but keeps to himself and lets them get on with things. Scandalabra might ask him for some sort of advice at least once, something like "CABRIZZIO WHATS THEIR FAVOURITE FLOWER I FORGOT HELP"
Cam: Apathy and lowkey disgust just like "okay. but like. why tho."
Captain Jacques: could give less than two shits he is larping as a pirate he doesn't have the time for this
Celia: She's happy Scandalabra has found someone who actually gets him, and hopes that'll curb his weird obsession with asking everyone in the house for kisses. (I get the feeling she's one of the few people who knew about his alter ego prior to the player and Maggie finding out, so. Y'know. She's keeping an eye on things, being the ceiling).
Chairemi: She's got bigger things to worry about, but she'd probably be like a lot of the others and be surprised that such seemingly different ppl got together, but doesn't wish them any ill will.
Chance: Seems to be in his own little world, and probably just thinks it's nice that Lee has found somebody! Interesting that they're dating someone who stays in character in his Ren-Faire attire 24/7 though!!!
Connie: Kinda the same thing of being in her own world. Doesn't really think much about it. Probably forgets Lee's even dating anyone half the time.
Curt and Rod: Ohhh they throw sooo soosososooo much shade all the time. About their relationship, about Scandalabra, about Lee. But they do it out of affection for Lee (but when not in earshot they talk smack about Scandy like "dude really??? him?? sheesh......")

Dante: Cannot BELIEVE this man actually rizzed up the human before he could. It's a little bit of a bruise to his ego actually. He gets over it... kind of. Sort of. Guess they like little flames more than great big ones hahaha its not a big deal yo
Dasha: Happy for Lee. May or may not suplex Scandalabra if he breaks their heart.
Diana: Girlypop is mostly unaware but from time to time, comes out with comment about Scandalabra and Lee's relationship at very embarrassing times for them because Lee vented about him and their crush before they got together. And then will go about her business, not knowing the pipe bomb she just tossed their way.
Dirk, or rather, Clarence: Can see that Harper is head over heels for Lee after their breakup, and is actually a bit nervous she might try to do something to try and cause a rift between the two. However, he's done dealing with her toxicity. Kinda keeps to himself and lets Lee and Scandy do whatever with little said about it.
Dishy: Wants to know about Lee's relationship status in the same way any algorithm that wants to sell your data to a third party would.
Dolly: Cannot see what Lee sees in this man, especially since he talks so scathingly about her and dust bunnies in general. Her opinion of Lee is a little bit tarnished after that, unfortunately, but she still remains friendly.
Dorian: Doesn't care as long as there's no funny business. Is Lee's friend, and will be quiet support if they need him to be.
Doug: "Of course Dork got with the guy who can never keep his eyes off me. Maybe I should change your name to Cuck, Dork, but then again, your boyfriend's got you covered."
Drysdale: Cannot see the appeal in Scandalabra. Tells Lee as such. Lee probably makes a snarky quip about "Oh, you have a great track record with relationships, though?" Drysdale is not amused one bit.
Dunk: Wants Lee to live their best life, and if that's with the busybody candle man, good for them, sure, why not. Wants to be positive and supportive, and not a downer about it.
Eddie/Volt: Eddie hasn't much to say. Probably secretly thinks its an odd matchup. Volt is more vocal about how he thinks Lee could do a lot better, even if he doesn't say it to their face (mostly there's a part of everyone that thinks Volt feels a little scorned that his advances towards Lee were turned down in favour of... That One).
Errol: Has no time to hear about the goings on of sinners. Wax is made from oil!!! OIL!!!!!! SINNERS!!! The less he knows, the better.
Fantina: She just supports anything that Lee does, frankly. Obsesses over their relationship in the same way stans of Phan or Septiplier do. Probably coined the ship name "ScandaLee" if we're quite honest.
Farya: Has had to treat burns once or twice and was VERY happy to do so. Their flame/wax play can sometimes get a liiiittle intense and she knows for a fact what the cause is and is all too amused.
Florence: Like Celia, is happy that Scandalabra found someone who seems down to earth and makes him happy— she wouldn’t say boo to a goose and just thinks its always sweet when romantic matchups happen. She probably asks Lee for updates and checks in on them happily and supportively.
Freddy: A chill guy, probably has his secret reservations about Scandalabra because he’s seen how chaotic he can be, but it chalks up to “I’m happy for ya, cool kid.” They go to his place for ice cream dates sometimes.
Gaia: She has her reservations because she knows Scandalabra has a tendency to lie to Lee (about his origins for example) so is wary on their behalf at first and wonders if that’s something he does often— but then realises that their bond is deeper than some superficial secret. She expresses none of this, of course, just keeps her ear to the ground. She has a motherly or big sisterly kind of feeling towards Lee, I think.
The Hanks: Collectively they kinda just have a surface level “Oh, nice one bro, congrats!” vibe towards them. Scandalabra has gotten mad at Hank 3 for his really obvious flirting towards Lee before now though, but only once or twice.
Harper: She’s smitten with Lee after they “helped” her and Dirk end things (most of it consisting of them venting at a very apathetic Lee) and she thinks the world of Lee and is trying to respect their friendship but the jealousy and seething towards Scandalabra, who she hates because he used to gossip about her and Dirk, is obvious anytime she hangs around them. Scandalabra lingers close whenever Harper says hello, he refuses to allow them to be alone together.
Hector: A little similar to Harper, he doesn’t like Hector to be alone with them for too long since he knows he had an obsession with Lee for a good while before he finally spoke to them the first time around. Hector has no desire to get in the way of them, though, and is an actual case of respecting a friendship despite lingering feelings.
Hoove: Bigger fish to fry out in this world, but probably asked about Lee dating Scandalabra at least once whilst they were out drinking. It was awkward, and they moved past it very fast and Hoove was relieved they didn’t linger on it for long.
Hero Hime: She doesn’t appear until you realise a good portion of the house so didn’t have an opinion on Scandalabra until meeting Lee, and they were dating by then. She’s a quirky anime girl and probably doesn’t bat an eye at Scandalabra’s weirdness.
Holly: Finds it cute, probably. Just wants Lee to live their best life! And probably helps both of them pick out Valentine’s gifts when the time comes.
I, Ronaldi: Ronaldi is quite the character himself and puts on a fake persona just like Scandalabra so probably has a feeling of “if a guy like that can find someone, there’s hope for me out there!” Apart from that though he spent ages locked up behind the little Dorian so he’s not as aware of Scandy’s rep as everyone else.
Jean Loo: Surprised. Disgusted. Then accepts it. Writes a rap verse about their relationship and performs it for them on their anniversary. Neither of them asked him to.
Jerry: Oblivious to the world outside of his junk nest, but kinda idly has a “oh, thats nice for them both” sorta response if anyone takes the time to tell him.
Johnny: Lowkey thinks Lee could do better at first (mostly because he’s sweet on Lee early on and was a teency bit jealous) but he gets over his crush and is happy for them. Scandalabra agonises constantly over the fact Johnny has seen them naked more often than anyone in the house has, himself included.
Keith: Puts on an air of being the supportive friend. Secretly finds the matchup funny. It's hard to really know with Keith what his intentions/opinions are because he tries to obscure them.
Keyes: Doesn't like Scandalabra, and vice versa. Doesn't find Lee's choices to make much sense, and will say so if asked. Apart from that, she doesn't bother with the pair much.
Koa: He has the patience of a saint but Scandalabra is one of the few people who can actually get on his nerves. However, as long as Scandalabra doesn't come to his restaurant very often, he's fine with the relationship being as is.
Kopi: Kopi is just as happy as can be when they go to Roofbucks to have coffee dates. Although Scandalabra is more of a tea drinker.
Kristof: Will suplex Scandalabra even if he hasn't hurt Lee, he just wants to suplex Scandalabra.
Lady Memoria: Has seen the trials and tribulations Lee has gone through with their love life. Their memories of heartbreak and letters that held such sentimental value that they couldn't bear to be rid of them. She hopes Scandalabra won't be added to that pile, because Lee seems so happy now.
Lucinda Lavish: Sometimes gets in the way of their dates to show up just for the heck of it and Lee is this close to uninstalling the DLC.
Luke: Thinks Scandalabra is a loud mouthed pansy, and that Lee needs to focus on keeping the wastes safe. STOP CANOODLING ON THE JOB, RANGER!!

Lyric: Their antics are good fodder for romantic comedy writings. Lee keeps asking him, politely, not to feature them, but Scandalabra thrives on the idea of being the inspiration for a book! (Until he finds out he's the butt of the joke).
Mac: "I'm... not that surprised, actually. Based on the characters you used to write the self insert fanfic about, Scandalabra fits the bill."
Maggie: Complicated feelings-- she got a big crush on Lee after they agreed to solve mysteries together, and had intended for the mystery involving Scandalabra to be the point she'd confess her feelings-- only for Lee's love for Scandalabra to be cemented once finding out his true identity. She tries to play it off, but she's gotta work through it, especially since Scandalabra really doesn't want Maggie around Lee much if he can help it. The one sided pining is intense and painful on her part.
Mateo: He's an affable guy, and likes Lee, since Lee helped him find the inanimals and visits often to see the cute critters. Scandalabra LOVES DOGS and will always take a chance to come with, which Mateo appreciates about him. It's a common ground he never expected to have with Scandalabra of all people, so he has a "he's not so bad when you get to know him, actually" kinda attitude.
Mikey: "YOUU WANTED TO BUY THE DLC FOR THAT SCANDALABRA CONCEPT ART, DIDN'T YOU?"
Miranda: Doesn't like Scandalabra and how loud he is and when he becomes smitten with Lee, he gets ten times more obnoxious. She has no ill will towards Lee technically but has a feeling of "god WHY did you encourage him"
Mitchell: Similar to Miranda. Hates that Scandalabra lives at the dining Abel because that means he has to see him often, since... yknow. Food. Dining table. Has likely gotten into disputes about gourmet cuisine because Scandy is a blowhard who acts like he knows anything. "I knew that human didn't have taste, but..."
Monique: She's been locked up in a safe for a good portion of Lee's time in the house, she doesn't really have much to say about them.
Nightmare: Taps into Lee's fears surrounding Scandalabra cheating on them/breaking up with them/lying to them sometimes when visiting Lee. In some ways, she's trying to warn Lee that he has a tendency to be deceitful. Mostly she's just here to be... y'know, a scary nightmare though.
Parker: He'll roll a dice and decide how he feels about them that day depending on the result, I guess.
Penelope: "Love is friendship that has caught fire." - Audrey Hepburn.
Also a "I want what they have" and "actually no i dont want what they have at all, what is wrong with him"
Phonecia: Scandalabra grew on her when she realised both of them had a real penchant for gossip and being updated on things. She does not appreciate Scandalabra trying to look through Lee's phone without their permission though.
Prissy: Knows a phoney when she sees one, but is almost kinda hopeful that even though Scandalabra isn't actual silver, but still found love, maybe someone could learn to love her despite being plastic.
Rainey: Being at the brunt of a LOT of Scandalabra's harassment over the years, she definitely does not understand what Lee sees in him, but appreciates when Lee keeps him in check. He's a lot more polite towards her when Lee is around.
Rebel: Outwardly, they make fun of their romantic situation, variations of "hey where's your cuck boyfriend at" but secretly, has a similar feeling like Prissy-- hoping someone loves them for who they are despite being mass produced, like Scandalabra is.
Reggie: "Ohh, you two were sooo close to being enemies. What a shame!" He still likes to listen to them bicker. Almost gives him that same satisfaction.
River: Likes to gossip about the relationship with Bathsheba, the girlies talk MAD shit about him. And it's justified.
Rongomaiwhenua: I could see her being impressed that Scandalabra was able to delve deep enough to learn of her existence and tip Lee off in the first place-- so in a way, she's thankful for that. And then she met the guy and was... less thankful. Still, it beats being alone under the house.
Shelley: Wants to always be positive and hype Lee up, but its in a more manic kind of "HAHA, I DONT GET WHAT YOU SEE IN THIS GUY BUT GOOD FOR YOU GUYS!!!" sorta way
Sinclaire: He's got a lot going on without having to have an opinion on Lee's romantic life. Probably.
Skylar: "Ohh... all the objects in the house, and you picked... Hm. I feel like there's a joke I could make about wearing rose tinted glasses here, but... y'know what, that's mean, so I'll hold off. I wish you and the wacky wick man all the best, Lee."
Sophia: Knows a downright kinky relationship when she sees it-- and puts together why Lee didn't wanna submit to her when they would interact; they're a top who needed to find a man to unleash that on to.
Stefan: Probs finds Scandalabra annoying (and Lee tbh) so has a "idc just stop fucking in the kitchen for the love of GOD" kinda attitude

Stepford: Thinks Scandalabra is a loser esp after the silver spoons stuff LOL but he just leaves well enough alone. Scandalabra can get a bit peacock-y around him tho (puffing out his chest and trying to show off his pretty feathers so to speak, to outdo other men, yknow).
Teddy: Wants Lee to be happy and if that's with Scandalabra, well... who is he to say one way or the other? Has run into him before at bed time when the power's gone out and Lee needs a warm light to keep them company. His opinion on Scandalabra improved a smidge because of that.
Telly: Telly vibes with Scandalabra better than expected-- Lee, Scandy and Telly all like garbage reality tv shows due to the drama and scandal, and they bond over that. Outside of that, though, Telly doesn't really have much to say about it.
Textbox-Chan: Since she IS the game, and Scandalabra is one of the candidates, she encourages their relationship fully, as she would with anyone Lee decides to date.
Timothy/Timmy: Timothy thinks Scandalabra is raucous and irritating. Very "cat who is very unsure of owner's new boyfriend" energy. Timmy is more chill and thinks the guy is silly. Both sides of his personality don't get why they're together but deal with it.
Tina: Thinks its hilarious honestly, and has on more than one occasion tried to stir up the other people in the house who like Lee (Harper, Betty, Hector, ect) because the love triangles fuel her. In reality, its kinda projecting her own slight jealousy outward, because she thought Lee was kinda cute when they first met.
Tony: "holy SMOKES they have GOT to stop fucking up against the wall, yknow how flammable that shit is??? and the ASBESTOS??? good thing I'm here huh"
Tydus: Thinks Scandalabra is a weak willed little bitch baby tbh but Lee seems to like that sort of man,, she doesn't get it. but whatever
Tyrell: Wants what's best for Lee, and Scandalabra ain't it in his opinion. He tried to shoot his shot with Lee and although they're friends, he's trying to work through the fact that it's like "oh.... him over me, huh? ok. no big deal. I'm not upset. :))) (is upset)"

Washford: A lot like Drysdale, he thinks Scandalabra is a character that's pretty... yknow. Out there. Doesn't really see the appeal. Lee just looks at Drysdale, his behaviour, and then looks into the camera like they're in The Office. (Lee: IT'S THE SAME PICTURE!!!)
Willi: After Scandalabra's stunt trying to get a date from her, she has no time for either of them tbh. She's a bit less scornful towards Lee, but has a very "what do you SEE in that freak???" kind of attitude. And I can't really blame her.
Winnifred: (Confused and uneasy mom tone) "I mean, if he makes you happy..."
Wyndolyn: She gave Lee her "honest opinion" and unsolicited advice on how she thinks Scandalabra and their relationship needs to be worked on. Lee proceeded to cut across her half way through like "wow Wyndolyn I care so little about your perspective on this it's actually incredible". Lee really doesn't like her, btw. One of the only characters I legit dislike.
XxXShadowl0rd420Xxx: "You have taken to the light, penumbra... the two of us cannot meet when he is around." Which is sad-- but Lee is honestly kinda like "that sucks, guess I'll be seeing you less". They know what they want.
Zoey: She's just happy to meet everyone and thinks Scandalabra is a delightful little goofball and asks Lee to bring him around sometimes to entertain her since the attic gets boring. It works out, because a candle in a dark attic fits pretty well! Scandalabra is still a bit scared of her though from time to time because he seems to be easily spooked by ghosts.

Ok so, he does not have a name yet [literally came up with him YESTERDAY] but the idea for this guy is that he's someone who ended up as a BOW without knowing ethan winters re7 & re8 style.
My current story/backstory for this guy is he's someone who does urban exploring, going into abandoned buildings and seeing what's there for fun. Until one day, while exploring a particular location, things go wrong. Now from his point of view he just gets pretty banged up but he's able to drag himself home and get patched up. In reality? He died. His real body is dead and the current him is a megamycete mold clone.
I haven't fully settled on his powers but i know for sure he has some mild shape-shifting abilities. He starts slowly and subconsciously using said powers to medically transition, but he doesn't notice it anything weird, he just thinks the testosterone is working better than expected. Yay! Happy times don't last long though.
Maybe a year later at most, his body is discovered at said location, and a news report is made about it as police investigate. So he gets to see His Own Face on tv. He may look notably different now, but he'd definitely recognize his own face.
Doesn't really know whats going on but vaguely knows about there being weird viruses going around and after a while of panicking and confusion, he decides to leave for his own and others' safety. This probably takes place during or right after RE8 so people don't really know about megamycete yet so it takes a couple years of this "unsolved" death case going around before the BSAA or DSO or other related organization catches wind of it and decides to look into it [and shutting down and public knowledge of it] where they find out. Hey, that dead body that was found? He wasn't announced dead until the body was found. Pretty normal, except for the fact that he was apparently still out and about doing things during the year he was dead
By the time they show up though, my guy is long gone. And at this point looks even more different from he he did before he died. Still recognizable if you're really really looking, and know what to look for. But generally no one will recognize him, especially not strangers who have only seen his pre death pictures. [But if you saw him right before he disappeared...well it'd be pretty clear that it's him]
Anyways, all this to say he gets a bit of a head start before getting caught by any organization that might otherwise mean him harm [understandably, but that kinda sucks for this guy cuz he's not violent or anything]
I think from there what happens is while taking shelter in an abandoned building, that also happens to be full of infected, he runs into one of the RE main characters. Probably chris or leon or maybe claire. Someone. They team up to help each other get out + figure out whats going on with that place all while he tries his best to keep the fact thats he's Not Human a secret.
