Dearest Ari,

I have been doing well, my darling. You have always been the romantic type, haven’t you? Not that I mind a letter from my darling; that’s always welcome. And a box of chocolates, you say? Perhaps we should share then? Whatever you do is cute, my dear, so of course, I’ll enjoy them.

I’m sorry that it took me so long to open up to you. Admittedly, I am still learning what this feeling called “love” is. It is… Mysterious, to say the least. However, I can say with confidence that I am happy it is a journey that you are willing to take at my side, despite how slow the journey may be. You’re right, to get to this point has taken a lot of courage, but I am happy that it is you that I have put my trust in. You have never failed me, and I intend to do the same for you. This is because I love you, my darling.

As I write this letter, I’d like the say that this evening has been pleasant. Receiving this letter from you has definitely been the highlight.

2. Does your F/O ever confide in you about their plans? Do you help them with their plans? If yes, how so?

Oh absolutely. Even if it’s illegal, his passion and proudest skill is robbery, right behind his explosives of course, and he loves showing me all his hand-drawn “blueprints” of his heist plans to try to show off to me how genius he is, and of course I always praise him up for coming up with such master schemes and being able to execute those plans so flawlessly (that last one earns me an eyeroll from Mako tho hjfhdskgh). As for helping him out personally, while he’d never have me in the line of fire, I’ve gone into places he’s planning to rob to scope out the scene and give him intel on any guards or alarm systems they might have so that he’s much more prepared. It’s kinda fun to almost be the premonition to an imminent robbery :3c

3. What is something you have/ had a hard time forgiving your F/O for?

It is honestly hard to accept the fact that quite a few people have died by his hands, sometimes directly but mostly indirectly. There’s already one canon example of him leaving a suit to die right next to a time bomb, and his and Roadhog’s introductory promo video even says that they’ve “killed their way around the world.” Also, you can not tell me that with all the explosions he’s set off breaking both in and out of places, not to mention police chases and shootouts, that his bombs haven’t caused a lot of casualties to both officers and civilians. It’s just a fact that people have died because of him, and while I can’t just forget about it and pretend it’s never happened, I love him too much to be hung up on it and I’d rather just face facts and say “it is what it is”.

Well shit. This got awful dark, didn’t it.

6. Does your F/O at any time get all soft around you? Are they only soft to you in private, or do they allow their walls to come down even if there are others present? 

cat: Does your f/o give you the silent treatment when you argue? Do they try to make it up to you with a lot of affection or do they try to talk it out first? 

Oh goodness, no, he doesn’t give me the silent treatment- If anything I’m the one who needs the space and time more than him. He doesn’t like it much but sometimes things just get heated and I need a bit, you know? I wouldn’t say I give him the silent treatment, either, I just... Ask for some space and then if he won’t give it to me I have to leave for  a moment. When I get back and have relaxed enough to talk it out again we do, though- All while cuddling and apologizing for whatever it was that got us *so* heated earlier.  Intense arguments like that are really really rare, thankfully.

bee: Is your f/o talkative? How long can they hold a conversation with you? 

8- Do you ever dance together?

Not really, no. He doesn’t like to dance much, but he’s honestly better than me whenever I can talk him into it- even if that just happens to be in the privacy of our home, while listening to music and doing dishes or whatever.

9 - Do you ever wear each other’s clothing?

He wouldn’t fit into anything of mine in a million years, but I do have a habit of snatching his spare scarves when he isn’t using them (Though I’m more likely to sleep with them than wear them, I’m not a huge scarf person, lmao)
