Do you know what the self serving bias is? It is attributing ones successes to oneself and ones failures to outside reasons. 

Being in college I can definitely see this. I hear my classmates all the time say how they got a bad grade because the test was too hard, we didn't study the material or the professor hates them. Well ya know what? Maybe you shouldn't of gone out last night and partied. Maybe you shouldn't have waited to write that essay until the night before.
