Personality: To anybody she doesn’t know personally, Rose can come off as shy or sometimes straight up standoffish. When she’s around her friends, however, most of the time she acts like a completely different person. She can be crazy and very loud at times, and other times (when her social anxiety kicks in), she will distance herself from everyone and completely dissociate. She loves bad puns, whether she came up with them or not (often pointing out others’ accidental puns). If left alone, Rose would be perfectly happy by herself as long as she had her laptop and wifi. As an introvert, she cannot be around people constantly – she needs to have some time by herself or with just one person.

Backstory: Rose comes from a middle class American family. Her dad works as a travel nurse, and the family hadn’t been settled in one place for years. During her eighth grade year, she heard of Asagao Academy and started petitioning her parents to let her go so she could make some actual friends. Her family could afford to pay three-fourths of the tuition, and she worked extra hard to get a scholarship to pay the last one-fourth. She came to Asagao for her first year (planning on staying until graduation), but she didn’t join the Meme Team until halfway through second year.
