I’ve always had the diabetic Knuckles headcanon since I was little, since back in Elementary the only other kid who liked Sonic at my school was a diabetic boy in my class whose favorite was Knuckles. I remember him eating fruit snacks in class on occasion, which is where I got the idea for this specific comic
