hello everyone! i am (obviously) starting a new studyblr and decided to write a quick little introduction post so that you could learn a bit about me.
i obsess over classic literature, particularly jane austen and the brontë sisters. i love to read almost anything.
i absolutely love any kind of mythology, especially Greek. i also enjoy reading stories about local cryptids, fae, and folklore.
i am an intj, melphleg, ravenclaw, horned serpent, and capricorn.
my favorite artists/bands are Flower Face, Queen, The Beatles, Lana Del Rey, Cage the Elephant, Clairo, and many more.
i own two horses, two dogs, and one cat.
my birthday is on january 13.
ghibli movies are my solace from life.
talk to me about my obsessiveness over plants, haha.
i am an aspiring writer/poet and am planning on sharing some of my work on my main blog.

did you have a studyblr before?
yes. i was previously known as @starlightandstudies but have decided to move my things over and start afresh. and of course, had to write a whole new intro post.
why didn’t you just change the theme of your old blog?
i wanted to started with no new reblogs and just kind of fresh. i’m going to go back to the old studyblr today and reblog some invaluable posts though. also, my studyblr was my main blog, so that made for some awkward transitions in comments and stuff. :)
i tried studygram but the community just felt more exclusive than on tumblr. it wasn’t very rewarding, and i am much more active here.

are you a college or high school student? what are you studying/hoping to study?
i am a high school student hoping to study law and environmental studies in college.
i do have a few goals for this little studyblr- mostly to help me grow and study some more, but also to live a healthier lifestyle. it’s all in the motivation- and of course, gaining a few followers along the way wouldn’t be bad either. i want to start bullet journaling again, be motivated to make good notes and keep my study space clean, study more (obviously), live a healthier life by cooking more healthy foods for myself and going on runs and doing yoga sessions. those are pretty much what i hope to gain from this.
