Hi all! I logged into my Tumblr approximately after a 2 year hiatus. No particular reason except that I got tired of Instagram and that my life is pretty good now. :)

So much has changed since I last talked to you guys. I graduated, got into postgrad, dropped out of postgrad, got a job, bought and moved into my first flat, and now, I wanna talk to you guys again about my day to day life and ramblings about the weirdest stuff.

I’ve been thinking a lot lately, and there’s something I need to say. It’s been almost five years, and even though I don’t know every little thing about you, I do know that I love you.

These years have been special, and I’ll always treasure the times we’ve shared. But I’ve realized that holding onto you isn’t fair to either of us.

I want you to be happy, really happy, with the life you have now. That’s what matters most to me.

So, I’m letting you go. I wish you nothing but the best in everything you do. Good luck and goodbye.

Ever notice how some people move on super fast after a crush or a brief fling? It’s wild. You might think, “Was I that easy to forget?” But before you start doubting yourself, let’s break it down.

Everyone handles emotions differently. Some are just good at brushing off their feelings. They might look totally fine, but it doesn’t mean they’re not bummed out.

The crush might have been more one-sided than you thought. They could have lost interest way before you realized it.

Lastly, moving on quickly can be a coping mechanism. It helps them dodge the disappointment. It doesn’t mean they didn’t care; it’s just their way of dealing with it.
