I watched the scene and he was looking somewhere else probably to Yixing or Minseok? and saying something. Is it that low your feelings towards him that every chance you get, you throw something hurtful to his face? If he was such a spoiled and conceited brat whom you presume (because to laugh at someone for his/her weight needs this kind of personality), how could it happen that everybody around him adores and loves him especially his hyungs who live with him 7/24 or why people smile at him lovingly when they make eye contact with him? Because he has a kind, sincere and friendly soul. Please be fairer when you judge him ok?
