I've written a blog post for BFRB awareness week and I thought I'd share it. This one is about having my photo featured in TLC's #seemestand campaign video, putting a photo of myself online for the first time (associated with trich), and pushing out of your comfort zones with BFRBs.

It's a form of OCD that causes me to pick at my own hair! I have been doing so much better since high school. I used to have 3 or 4 patches all over my head but now it's about 2 inch spot. I'm in a new anxiety management program which will work so I don't have to struggle! I have also been keeping up with resources on @tlcbfrb website.
