"Hesperia!" Labybug shouts, voice climbing in pitch and volume as she becomes all the more concerned.
She met the hero before--and it's still weird to think of him as a hero, given her own experience with a similarly themed figure--but even in their brief interaction previously, she didn't think he'd act like this. He'd actually used his power for evil, or at least morally grey, turning a Parisian into a musclebound warrior, all the better to transport her to his warehouse and lock her closed. He'd even paid attention to the doors and windows, making sure all were secure before putting her inside.
And even though his face read sympathetic, yelling something through the door about needing to keep her safe while he 'deals with' Monarch, the thrill of tension in her gut can't keep her still. A flash of light on the far side tells Marinette that he's released the person he transformed to capture her, but otherwise his voice grows quiet, clearly the superhero has walked away.
To face Monarch alone. "Hesperia!" Labybug yells, fists pounding on the door a couple times, crying to be let free from the building. It's not his job to keep Paris safe, it's her's! Even if her pride wasn't on the line, Ladybug knows that she has to face him, it's the only way. She's seen what Monarch can do, how ruthless he can be, and she doesn't want Hesperia to see the same fate.
A frustrated heat rings her face, hands tingling with where they hit the door. "No time," she mutters out loud, pulling herself away from the entrance, her yo-yo slipping into her hands. There has to be a way out, and she will find it.
