Only several chosen applicants are invited to come to the second interview. So do not expect to succeed easily. In case that you intend to beat all the other applicants with your experience or accomplishments, it's time to realize facts. Such aspects determine the result of the initial interview and the very first steps of recruitment. When we speak about the second interview, those are not important  at all. Here the time has come to prove key skills and to do the right impression on the guy who decides at the end - the director.    What's the best way to achieve that? Let's use the following tips to impress the director and walk away the winner from the second interview. 1. Look at things from the point of view of company owner, not from the perspective of an employee. Laborers are interested only in wages, but company owners care about business profits. 2. Attempt to build as good relation with director as possible. Directors are not recruiting consultants. They are not interested in things like your non-verbal communication and they aren't concern about hundreds of small things. VITOs simply want to employ in their corporation colleagues they like to speak with about different issues and feel comfortable being with. If directors love to spend time with you, directors will love to employ you.   3. Think always three steps forth. Decision makers live this day, but think always about the future. Whenever answering the questions in the second job interview, do not hesitate to propose your ideas about possible development of the company processes, challenges that could take place and for sure, your solutions. Think always few steps forth and you easily can walk away having the great employment contract in your hands.
