So in Commander/EDH, if I read this right, if the targeted creature has vigilance, it can attack at each opponent's combat phase (?)

Just gotta find a way to unprepare it. It'll take a while to use the spell too.
Not a fan of giving card advantage to an opponent, but a 10/6 is big nonetheless. Give this trample and/or some sort of evasion, and it'll be a bit of a problem.
