Andreil and Chapstick.
Neil develops a habit of biting dry little flecks of skin off his lips when he’s nervous, to the point of bleeding, and Allison throws a chapstick at his forehead when she catches on. Neil keeps the blue tube in the back pocket of his jeans at all times, for easy access. It’s colorless, so the first thing Andrew notices is the bubblegum smell when he leans in for a kiss.
