I’m from India and we sadly don’t have dubs in any Indian languages but we do have subs. And even sadder is that s15 subs aren’t yet out for some reason but there’s subs for Cas saying ily in s12. Afaik there’s no platonic way to say “I love you” in Hindi so Cas just tells Dean “मैं तुमसे प्यार करता हूँ।” (mai tum-say pyaar k-uh-r-tha hoo) which is so extremely romantic Bollywood bullshit that it’s driving me mad. Tragically, he said the same to Mary and Sam in the next line. Then there’s a Tamil sub where he had an option of saying ily platonically but he didn’t. He also gave Dean tons of respect. We have two ways to say “you” in Tamil and one is more respectful than the other. So he says “நான் உங்களை நேசிக்கறேன்” (naan un-gal-ai nae-si-ka-rain) and it’s just maddening cuz he could have just said it platonically but my lad chose not to. I can put screenshots but Prime only screenshots the dialogue. Sigh.
