Unfortunately so far as I know that’s limited to background references and plot devices, not characters, but Scotia is at least mentioned by name in LoK’s The Hand of Fate and if that counts for anything there might be another two or three more links added to this sequence. And, counting Red Alert, some intense hopscotch between four otherwise-unrelated Westwood Studios game series in three different genres.”
