A new cook book – vegan and vegetarian recipes only – for students. I showed it to my colleagues in school and all of them want one immediately. 🙂 It was not easy for me to choose a cake recipe. Banana bread it was. Hmmmm, yummy! No wonder when the oldest and a very famous vegetarian Swiss restaurant was involved in the making.
