School Day 11: 172 Days Left.
Another school week has begun. I got home a little later than usual because today was Drama Club auditions. I auditioned for two plays. Crossing my fingers and hoping I get a part. Ms.Auslin, the drama club teacher, was pretty reassuring. She said that I seem dedicated and that I will definitely get a part.
The school day was pretty boring and uneventful. Same old, same old. Theres only been like 2 weeks of legit school and everything already seems so old.
I introduced myself to a couple of new freshman in my study hall. They seemed pretty intimidated at first because me and my friend are so crazy and very OUT THERE. They laughed at us and got a little more comfortable. I feel like that was my "good deed" for the day. Maybe now they'll be a little more outgoing and wont feel like everyone in the high school is mean.
Algebra. Oh, algebra. How I love you but hate you at the same time. I feel like this class is going to be a huge obstacle for me. The sucky part about math is that you cant really study it. You either get it, or you don't. Right now I'm at that "huh?" stage. Yeah, I don't get what we are doing really? Its something about graphing functions and finding the domain and range of a function. Its pretty confusing. I'm a beast at algebraic expressions, but other than that, eh.
Want to know what else makes algebra so difficult this year. My teacher. Mrs. Volenskaya. Yes, shes ukranian, and yes she does have a very strong accent. Something like, "zee homevork is on zee board." Its pretty bad. Whats worse? Her outfits. They are very distracting. She has a cuurraazzyy style. Very unique. Not in a good way though.
HIGHLIGHT OF MY DAY- Waddup doe? An insider me and my friends have. My friend couldn't stop saying that and now, I'm saying that. Haha. We are soo ghetto.
