"Wang Xiao Hope Primary School in Leshan was completed yesterday! The completion ceremony was held in Wang Xiao Hope Primary School, Jinshan Town, Wutongqiao District, Leshan City. At 10:50 am, the teachers & the students lined up to their new school ground. They welcomed the donor representative to the ceremony together with the leaders of Sichuan Youth Foundation, Leshan Youth Municipal Committee, Wutongqiao District Education Committee!

At the ceremony, the headmaster told everyone about the construction process of changing the old appearance of the school to a new one the past few months. He also presented the paintings prepared by the children to the donor representative, who also gave a hundred sets of new school supplies to the students.

With the help and support of all our customers and friends at Jessic Bar, who help us to raise funds on a weekly basis, we have been able to raise a large sum of money and we have recently used some of these funds to supply the school with a much needed new photocopier/printer.

This will enable the children to have the individual worksheets and homework sheets needed to help them with their education and continued learning.

The Friends of Karsiyaka School children trustees are currently in talks with the school regarding requirements for the next key stage in improving the school life and overall education and wellbeing of the children of Karsiyaka.
