Did you known that vikings had people of both genders both as warriors and schamans? The schamans were called seiðr. Their role were to connect with the part of reality that is beyond ordinary names and forms, understanding the essence and wholeness of being. We are are all capable of it, it only requires daring to step out of the ordinary for a moment. The abundance of information available on the internet today also provides the opportunity to do it in a plethora of ways.
