HARRIER DU BOIS:

tropical grapefruit. hear me out on this one. it smells like disco, or a tleast, wha ta vague sense of disco smells like. its nice for awhile, but then it just starts to make your sinuses hurt. a very thin, well waxed wick that sometimes doesn't burn right.

JEAN VICQUEMARE: whiskey and tobacco or sea salt and tobacco. obviously bc of his habits. but like. also because its a very thick, present scent. you know it when you smell it, and fresh tobacco is very like. identifiable. uniquely (pleasantly) musky (a wood wick that makes you nervous with how much it crackles)

KIM KITSURAGI: something woody, maybe like. cypress. smoky, too, but like. vaguely. a little bit of citrus? or something flowery. something unique but quiet (a thick, well waxed thread wick. its too strong to be cut down to size without a pair of good scissors) TITUS HARDIE: ... saddle leather/saddle oil, teakwood and like. citrus. maybe pine instead of teakwood. something clear and rugged and yet like. sweet (another wood wicked one, but more relaxed) DORA (bear with me on this one. am not far enough into the game): something light. extremely light. blood orange and vanilla. (a thin, poorly waxed wick. not the fault of the company, but your fault. you tried cutting it with dull scissors and it didn't work.) CUNO: something that makes you say "why the fuck is that a candle." like. patchouli and eucalyptus. but its also a little bit of a guilty pleasure scent (the church candle wicks. terrible and cheap) CUNOESSE: very similar to cuno's except like. instead of eucalyptus its uhm... thyme. is that even a candle scent I am forgetting every character in disco elysium ever actually...
