Over the past 4 months we have lost a lot and I can't bear it anymore. Our education has been stopped for the past months and my university was even bombed (like almost all universities in Gaza). I am Kelly, My family is in danger. They are trapped in a city in Gaza called Rafah. They fled there because my grandmother was diagnosed with cancer and the only chemo treatment she could receive was there. Due to a militia that is increasingly taking over the country and bombing hospitals, all of the disabled, sick and elderly had to flea to Rafah to get medical treatment. Hundreds of thousands of Gaza people fled out of Rafah earlier this week after the militia overtook the Gaza military. My family was unable to flee because my grandmother is elderly and sick.
As of yesterday, my grandmother, disabled aunt, aunt who is sick with Malaria and my two teenage girl cousins were trapped at the top of an apartment building that has been overtaken by militia. They are helpless.
My aunts are sick and they have been injured. My two cousins are just children. Please help my family.

My family is still staying in half of the church that wasn’t affected by the bombing because there is nowhere else to stay other than tents. They are limited to one small meal a day and one shower a week. They are sleeping on the floors, but no one can sleep since there is bombing everywhere around them. Even when there is no bombing, they can still hear the loud buzzing sound of the military planes above them, which would keep anyone who hears it awake. Here's the real gofundme! It's had a lot of activity and is pretty close to its goal so I'd assume it's legit, but I have no way of knowing for sure as I don't have any connections/ways to vet these. Tread with caution, but regardless it's definitely a LOT more likely to be real than the blog who sent this ask (who should be reported for spam for sure).

I'm so sorry to anyone who was misinformed bc of my post and please do not fall for this scam! Please do not send your hard-earned money to this scam account, and if you were planning to donate your money please do so through official donations that you have researched and are absolutely sure are legit. It's so horrendous that these good-for-nothings are trying to scam people out of money that could have instead gone to people in Palestine who are in geniune dire need of it. It's horrible that these scam accounts are trying to take such gross advantage of a genocide that is happening.
