So after following all the instruction of trying to add the person. I was unsuccessful. I chose to contact the customer service which turned out to be a complete joke.

I was first such down, as the said I had access to the service. They then required proof I never had access. I went as far as having to send a screen recording from my phone of me trying to add the service. this took over two months with very slow and intermittent responses. Finally they still declined to offer a refund suggesting that I had offended the person who was providing the service and there for was still not eligible for a refund.

When I request proof from them as they did me turned out they could not provide this nonsensical claim towards me and simply ignored me.
