I want to hear from people who have been conned by this company. Fancentro this site is based on selling a service for adults. Your to pay a subscription fee, and in return you are to get access to snapchat accounts of people who you would like to chat to.

My experience, was gladly not costly as some other people’s but nevertheless I don’t like my hard earned cash being take by scammers.

I purchased access to an account. I was never given access to. The website states if you don’t get access within 48 Hours you can get a full refund. So after following all the instruction of trying to add the person. I was unsuccessful. I chose to contact the customer service which turned out to be a complete joke.

I was first such down, as the said I had access to the service. They then required proof I never had access. I went as far as having to send a screen recording from my phone of me trying to add the service. this took over two months with very slow and intermittent responses. Finally they still declined to offer a refund suggesting that I had offended the person who was providing the service and there for was still not eligible for a refund.

When I request proof from them as they did me turned out they could not provide this nonsensical claim towards me and simply ignored me.
