Ingredients: 8 large scallops. 8 slices bacon. 1 cedar plank, soaked in water for 2 hours.
Instructions: Preheat grill to medium-high heat. Wrap each scallop with a slice of bacon and secure with a toothpick. Place soaked cedar plank on the grill and arrange bacon-wrapped scallops on top. Grill for 8-10 minutes, or until bacon is crispy and scallops are cooked through, turning once halfway through cooking. Serve hot, garnished with fresh herbs if desired.
