Messenger with pink hairs! How adorable~

I picked up my Flocke in-person at the Dollmore shop in Seoul, South Korea. 

I emailed Dollmore three weeks before my vacation to place my order for my Kid Dollmore Flocke. I paid for her online and arranged to pick her up on Monday, November 9. I confirmed the open hours and address on Dollmore's website by email before visiting the showroom. 

Dollmore's communication was wonderful through email. They responded quickly to all of my questions. At my hotel in Dongtan, I inquired about Dollmore's address, and the receptionist suggested I take the M4403 bus to Gangnam, then hail a taxi to the address. She wrote the address on a card in Korean for me to give to the cab driver. 

The neighborhood was older and less tourist-oriented than others I have seen in South Korea. Dollmore's sign was on the second-floor of the building, and I climbed stairs to the second floor. My knock was answered, and the staff knew who I was. One member spoke English. 

Everyone was very friendly, and they helped me unwrap my doll. They gave me many free gifts along with my doll: clothes, shoes, toys, a calendar and other paper goods, and a carrying bag. The quality of my doll was excellent. The wig and eyes which I had requested specifically were included. Her face-up was quite beautiful, and though I gave no special instructions, it matched the coloring of the hazel wig and eyes perfectly. I was too focused on the tasks at hand to take any photos.
