i am actually so astounded that savek was mentioned/seen in game. like after my unnecessary analysis of the call of the cryptolith lore book i got unhealthily attached to the characters and thought we would never hear from them again. but its also incoherent in ways? i say this because at the end of the lore book savek transforms into some kind of abomination and “unmade”, which i assume happens to most (if not all) wrathborn after accomplishing the tasks which was whispered to them, in this case war and death and killing obviously. but in game not only do we see her have all four of her arms, but she looks completely fine apart from the green glow. not only this but crow didnt describe her as anything but a regular (wrathborn) eliksni/dreg AND he was the one to put her down, whereas in the lore she disappears into another realm after she kills kosis, theres no in between for this. if she killed kosis, then met crow she would be dead meaning she wouldnt be unmade. if she met crow first, she’d die before returning to the cryptolith. taking this into account its also like... contrasted between lore and the quests in-game, where in-game crow gives savek peace, while in the lore after she “evolves” and once her “old self falls away there will be only suffering”

wrathborn still have their consciousness despite being taken by xivu arath so they are aware of what they are doing. savek had to watch herself murder kosis unwillingly....... since she tried to free herself with crow by her side, she most likely was trying to throughout the entire time she was wrathborn. plus she was so desperate and angry/fearful (she almost tore her arm off!) but nothing could be done (AT THIS POINT IN TIME because the spider wont let crow find an alternative to killing them) so her death was inevitable..... and crow cared enough about savek even if they only worked together a few times. he recognised her, tried to help and wanted to save her but couldn't so he has to live with the guilt along with all the other eliksni he couldn't save haha haha ha ha
