This i- when I tell you I didn't see the end coming, I didn't fucking see it in my wildest theories! I spent the first bit thinking Simon had a secret, then we learnt about his and it wasn't THE secret.

Never would have seen the Oliver and Reyna thing, She was cheating on him??? He killed a man???? Side note: I hate Oliver Lavoy with a passion. It's the same Hatred I have for Max Hastings. He punched a guy - reasonable - with lethal force - not reasonable - and then acted as if he wasn't a murderer. If you kill someone in self defense, you still killed someone. He acts like his shit don't stink and that he can do no wrong! Holly loves making rich white men bad and I love her for it.

Back to my rant. Then Red confessed she was the one with the secret! Didn't expect her to have been the witness only to then fucking find out she wasn't! that she was paid off to pretend to be a witness!!! Honestly I don't fault Red, she's an icon and deserves better than she fucking got bro- #StanRedfordKenny

Then there's Arthur. When suspecting Simon of being the one, I also thought it was him. Fucking hell I was right! When I tell you I freaked when Arthur smacked the walkie-talkie out of Red's hand, I almost threw the fuckin book. Did not expect the sweet man to be part of the damn mob! the Mafia! Red almost had that Mafia romance that booktok love.

Then it turns out that Catherine Lavoy, Oliver and Maddy's mom was the bad one, she's the one who was going to pay Red to lie... who also gave Red's name to the mob to get her killed for being a witness! her own daughter's best fucking friend! then its said that she fucking killed her own best friend because she found out??? Catherine deserved her death, thank you Arthur for doing it. Catherine was ready to sacrifice her daughters best friend for her career as a DA?? its like she didn't give a shit, with that, clearly Oliver took after her because he just sent his sister out to danger without a care!!

Maddy is the only person there who didn't do anything wrong! She was a great friend, Kind and loving, made sure Red could come on the break trip... Kinda ship Red and Maddy but that's a different thing entirely.

The fucking letter from Arthur to Hospitalised - and possibly in a coma - Red broke me! I thought Red was dead, prepared to cry over a Holly Jackson book for the 100th time but I was relieved when she was alive and in hospital, Arthur was shitty but he came through... but the fucking open ending Holly!?!? Did we need to never find out if she talks to him and forgives him, if she forgives Maddy??? Just like I need something from the show after the end of 'AGAD' like a bit where Pip goes back and hugs and apologizes to everyone she loves, she kisses Ravi and loves him.... I need something for this, some closure about if Red forgives him or not!!!

Holly Jackson, you have become my favourite author and that wasn't hard but now i'm invested and need your other books. I know they'll break me just as bad but I need them!
