Countless high ranked videos with English titles featuring Hatsune Miku are being deleted by unknown individuals and/or groups by making fake reports that the videos are infringing a copyright. We don't know who is doing this. It is under investigation by Miku fan volunteers. Everybody, help us to save Miku! Here's what you can do: 1. Download every Miku video you watch with a YouTube Downloader of your choice; 2. Upload them to your channel and mark them with SaveMiku (at least in tags, better in the title); 3. Spread this message through comments and video descriptions. We are her soul. We give her voice. We give her life. We, the fans, are Hatsune Miku.

ooc; I just found out about SAVE MIKU and I am appalled. Wtf man...
I think Miku should perform because she is something unique. Although I do support Super Junior, Lady GaGa, and many other contestants, I think Miku really needs to be shown to more people. See, although there are many Miku fans around the world I think her performing at the Olympics would be a huge leap forward. She is a "Virtual Diva" seeing a performance from a program could very well leave many peoples mouths dropped wide open. Some people may say "but she isn't even real. " Well, she, in a way, is. She exists and she is alive in the heart of her fans. And she does have emotion, She has songs to make you laugh, cry, songs to inspire you, and even songs that scare you so much you want to hide under your covers. I have seen people say that "Some one who actually knows how to speak in English needs to perform. " I am sorry, but the Olympics are made up of MOST COUNTRIES not just English speaking ones! Yes, English is one of the largest spoken languages but it is not the only one (And I personally think many U.S. citizens need to broaden their horizons. ) Not to mention the fact that technically Miku can speak any language the user wishes, even if the words are not perfect. Hatsune Miku is a great choice because she is an idol, a glimpse into the future, and a miracle in many ways. So I believe Miku Hatsune would be an astounding performing choice for the 2012 London Olympic opening ceremony. I appreciate your time and thank you so much for reading my argument.

WHAT THE HELL GUYS?!
I heard there was a K-pop fan who reported to YouTube about deleting all of Miku's vids just because our K-pop artists lost to her. IS THAT TRUE?!
First of all I am also an otaku as well as a Vocaloid/Miku fan. It hurts my heart to be seeing all of this. Miku, or those who were using the Vocaloid rather, also did some great K-pop covers. Kindly search for and listen to them.
Secondly, HOW SHALLOW CAN YOU BE?! And by you I meant the fan who reported such inconsiderate thing to YT. It just so happened that we lost the voting. Can't we just accept the results. (Notice that I put a period instead of an exclamation point. That means it's imperative.)
Lastly, it's still up to those who are managing the 2012 London Olympics in the decision of who will perform for the opening. In the end they might not choose Miku nor any of our dear K-pop artists in the opening. They might choose One Direction or Justin Bieber for all I know.
And to dear YouTube: please do not delete those Miku vids. A lot of people love her and use YouTube to watch and listen to her. Plus, you'll have trouble deleting MILLIONS of Miku and Vocaloid vids in your site.
P.S.: I am deeming that sasaeng fan a disgrace to all K-pop fans. It's just so shallow, unfair, and inconsiderate.
