7.16.17 Chloe’s birthday weekend took us out to the abandon defunct Satsop Nuclear site.  The site was decommissioned mid construction so they are safe to go in, you just have to get a waiver! No one was in when we visited but next time! The site is now used to some company headquarters and warehouses, The TDI VW recall cars are also stored on lots here as well as this weird kit car.

The view looking up as you walk into the massive cooling towers at Satsop is unreal! Plus, the sounds when you get to the middle is so cool. When you say something, the echo off the walls sounds like you standing right next to yourself talking. #satsop #satsopnuclearpowerplant #elma #coolingtower #abandoned
