I have spent all day watching critical role c4 (i was trying so hard not to get into it because I have no time but alas)

I think one of my favorite detail in critical role campaign 4 is the fact that they don’t speak common (at least not generally) they speak Rungjani.
They are in an orcish city and while lots of other people live there now, it’s still a Rungjani city and so they speak their language.
I’m pretty sure the intent is that common is not really a thing in Aramon which if it’s true I absolutely love but even if I’m wrong and it does still the idea that all the writing and everything they find is by default in the language of the city.
