Craft foam would work for Rose's hair ornaments. You could paint them gold, and then glue them directly to the hair (hot glue would probably be best). I did a similar thing with ribbons for a Skyward Sword Zelda cosplay.
As I said though, I donāt want to mess with any sort of glue because thereās a good chance the hair above the ornaments will get messed up and Iāll have no way to fix it. So Iām looking for an alternative.
