Lödwyn insists that Sapadal is cruel to you as they deprive you of choices, try to rewrite your history even - just because you were born the godlike.

Sargamis gets you instantly and even shares some bits of his plans, but he lies to you, no shame or remorse, knowing that he killed YOUR people.

Nandru dances to Woedica's tune, fear mongering, telling his tale, saying his people's sacrifice is worth all the woes - so you should be ready for sacrifices too.

That it's locked behind Court Augur implies that either the Watcher tried to share it, in general or with specific people, and the Envoy was one of the few to actually listen, or the Envoy just deduced that themselves. Just casually unraveled the biggest secret of Eora that Thaos and the gods have eradicated entire cultures to hide. Don't worry about it though, thats just their little project, the really important job is to give the Emperor pretty fortune tellings.
