Embracing the Fear in Shifting
Fear is natural, right? Especially when youâre doing something as big as shifting. Youâre stepping into the unknown, away from what you know, and thatâs gonna bring up fear. But honestly, thatâs okay. Youâre allowed to feel scared. Itâs normal to wonder whatâs out there, to feel nervous about what might happen when you shift.
But hereâs the thingâdonât let it stop you. Donât let the fear hold you back from exploring and experiencing something new. Fear doesnât mean youâre not ready, it just means youâre human. And when you face that fear head-on, thatâs when the magic happens.
When shifting, youâll probably come face to face with a lot of unknowns. Things might feel overwhelming, especially when youâre starting out. But each time you push through it, youâll realize that fear doesnât have to control you. Youâre in charge. The fear is just a part of the process, and you donât need to avoid itâyou just have to acknowledge it, then let it go.
Youâll start to see that fear doesnât actually stop you from shifting. Itâs just a feeling. And once you realize that, you can shift past it. Youâll begin to trust yourself more, trust the process, and know that itâs okay to be scared. You donât need to be fearlessâyou just need to be brave enough to take the step anyway.
So yeah, the fear might be there, but donât let it win. Youâve got this.
