Been home pretty much all day except for when I tried to go to the office at 2pm to get something -- walked two blocks with my loving boyfriend and decided to turn right back around!

I honestly had no idea this hurricane would be so awful until Saturday night when I was at work and my co-workers/manager were discussing the hurricane threat. I thought it would be like Irene, just rain really hard for a day and then done. On Thursday I left my office for the week and I don't think any of us were thinking we would have to deal with closing the office Monday and Tuesday!
