I think sadistic whumpers can be fun to write in a way. I write one that’s an au of a different one of my characters and he’s very fun to write for especially as things go wrong for him and he’s stopped. Reading from their perspective and thoughts and then compared to the whumpee’s perspective can also be interesting to write or read.
