how the hell did I get an A- on an assignment that I could not make a coherent point in to save my life but got a B- on something I spent like 2 days on and felt good about

also the genre essay is kicking my ass bc there are so!! few!! relevant books i can find!!

the problem may be me or it may be that people do not write as much about genre as i need them to for my research
