With this Firecracker Grilled Salmon recipe, your BBQ will taste great. When honey, soy sauce, and Sriracha are mixed together, they make a delicious glaze that makes this dish the perfect mix of sweet and savory.
Ingredients: 4 salmon fillets. 1/4 cup soy sauce. 2 tablespoons honey. 1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce. 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard. 2 cloves garlic, minced. 1 teaspoon grated ginger. 1 tablespoon sesame oil. Salt and black pepper to taste. Sesame seeds for garnish. Chopped green onions for garnish.
Instructions: Mix soy sauce, honey, Sriracha, Dijon mustard, garlic, ginger, and sesame oil in a bowl. This will make the marinade. Put the salmon fillets in a shallow dish and cover them with half of the marinade. Put the fillets in the marinade for at least 30 minutes and turn them over halfway through. Warm up the grill over medium-high heat. Brush oil on the grates to keep them from sticking. Set the salmon aside and season it with black pepper and salt. Grill the salmon for four to five minutes on each side, basting it with the marinade you saved. Take the salmon off the grill when it's fully cooked and has a nice char. Put chopped green onions and sesame seeds on top. Enjoy the spicy and tasty Firecracker Grilled Salmon while it's still hot!
