shout out to native communities of the pacific northwest, y'all's skills with salmon just saved me from having to give up jerky for my health.
if anyone has leads on or links to native sellers who can ship salmon candy to new york, please, i want to support them and Google isn't helping, and there aren't any listed on beyond buckskin either.
also if you've never heard of salmon candy but you enjoy beef, pork, or turkey jerky, try it! it has a similar flavor profile to maple-flavored meat jerky, but the kind I have physical access to was way more tender than even my favorite pork jerky. also, if you like your chicken with the skin on, salmon candy also can do that for you, and it is delicious. Just straight up, I have never had a terrestrial jerky that was this good.
