Tech101 #16 The MVP
Previously in my blog, we’ve been initializing our final product which is choosing the right design schemes that will caught more attention to the customers, more validations, and also we presented our initiated interface of our app to our customer who are willingly implement our app. And we do our best just to make sure our customer really satisfy with it.
Final Pitch. We are just preparing our MVP. Not only for the GUI of the app but also the documents about the product we made. Finalizing what to put in our pitch deck. A contents with just the right things that will make the listeners or the panelists catch up what really the problem that our customer facing and we’ll show them our solution.
Finalizing our MVP is not an easy way to make a decision. We have lots of suggestions on how we are going to present it and make them believe that our solutions will solve the common problems of the customer.
In all of the weeks passed by, there is an amazing feelings that came inside in our hearts. Which is that we did our best to make these things happen. We humbly, confidently and strongly search for a customer that will implement our system. Because of that, we built more confidence, we just learned a lot on how technopreneurship talk about and we learned on searching for a solution of a specific problems facing by the customers.
From the first, ‘til this last blog, i just be thankful that i got this subject to learn about decision-making, figuring problems and solutions, making decision what is the good and bad, accepting the feedback of the customers so that our app will improve. We thankful to our team as we made this venture together, with a saying “ If everyone is moving forward together, then success takes care of itself.” and “"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." and lastly to our Lord GOD above for guiding us through our journey to this subject.

Most of our instructors are busy because they had a lot of activities in the school that they need their presence so this week we haven’t meet yet. As discussed with our instructor last week that per team must prepare to report regarding Customer Relationship and Revenue Model to make it fast we divide our team into two Miss Schaine and I will report the Customer Relationship and Mr. Kevin and Miss Danica will report the Revenue Model. Since we have a free time Miss Schaine and I had make used the time to discuss the Customer Relationship which involves marketing communications between our business to our valued customer and customer service this will represents the idea of getting or acquiring new customer, keeping them, and growing their value to the business.
There are some parts that needs to be discuss as a team like Customer Acquisition Cost(CAC) we should have to decide on how much did it cost to acquire customer, how much did the campaign cost and how much did cost to get consider our product and in Customer Lifetime Value(CLV) this will know on how much will they spend to us from the beginning to the very end.
During our discussion together with my partner I have learned so much about the Customer Relationship especially with our instructor, it is very difficult on how to GET your customer it must have AWARENESS so that people will get to know that your business exist and it must know their INTEREST or are they interested about your product and lastly it must have CONSIDERATION on what they really want. And to KEEP your existing customers don’t go away and also to GROW customers with some activities like referrals. In CLV, this is important because these will determine how much money wants to spend on acquiring new customers and I also know that the CLV is greater than CAC because it is not just focus on the initial purchased but focus on the lifetime value. These two topics will make sure that this will help to acquire more customers and this business will succeed.
To finish our slide presentations by next week we gather and discuss all the topics and share what we’ve learn to assigned topics.
