sasunarusaku
high school age - the three are part of some sort of prophecy (sun, moon and earth) (poly)
Naruto is a gender fluid kitsune
Sasuke is a Onmyōji in training
and Sakura is a normals girl that got dragged into the world of yoki (she still has her super strength, she also gets a giant ax)
(Nauto + sasuke = enemies to friends two lovers)
(Sasuke + Sakura = one sided to friends to lovers)
(Sakura + Naruto = one-sided to friends to lovers)
.
do you know the idea of sakura wielding a warhammer came about? was it like a manga cover or something?
I don't actually know where this idea comes from! I know there are some fanfictions that have her with a hammer. And then of course there are her and the axes, as well a giant sword because I guess they are just teasing us with cool weapons Sakura can use but doesn't. I know axes and hammers are usually seen as sort of twin weapons with one usually paired with the other. If anyone has any idea where it came from I'm happy to update this!
Here are potential references I could find:
Sakura's dope double ended sword!
The iconic spread, Naruto with the scrolls, Sasuke playing a flute, Sakura with her axes! Fun fact the axes became so popular despite never showing up in canon there's actually a figurine based just on this. I'm still salty we never got to see it in canon, I love hand to hand Sakura and don't know how it would have kept things more bloodless and low key if she had big ole limb cleavers but I still wish we would have seen her pull them out. Even once
