My May plans brought me back. Daily posts. Sincere ones, since Tumblr and IG, have always been a safe space for me. I love documenting. I have enjoyed coming back to old posts and reliving and remembering the moments from years ago. Fitness, ADHD, and the average day in expat life.

The daily version is mostly on Instagram, but on Tumblr I kind of want it to be like early 2016, when I used to just feel inspired to share my day and thoughts without thinking too much. Just being authentically me, free, and growing and learning.

Sweet potato 🍠

Slow Sundays are becoming a thing for me. Sometimes at the beach, sometimes at home, sometimes just wandering with no real plan.

Sai Kung on a Sunday afternoon has its own rhythm—eclectic market stalls, handmade bits and pieces, pet trinkets you didn’t know you needed, and quiet conversations floating through the air.

Somewhere between the walking and the browsing, I found myself holding a sweet potato. Simple. Grounding. Nourishing.

Rich in fibre, full of vitamins, good for gut health, energy, and balance—exactly what my body’s been asking for lately. Surprisingly, this was my first food of 2026. And honestly? It felt right.
