Raymond was not utilized very well in canon, so there's not a ton to go off of, as such a good deal of this is hc or improvised
Did not die after the fall
He is deeply, deeply traumatized and flawed, and he is not a very good person because of it, expect morally grey actions.
Prone to mood swings, but he is trying (on and off) to be a better person
Less aggressive about the whole revenge thing partially due to the realization that what happened to him was not Dick's fault, partially because the fall left him severely irreparably injured and he doesn't have it in him to fight. Still, old habits die hard and part of him will always blame Dick in some capacity.
