I finally went back to have a go at a rough translation of this scene and found that this is the only screencap I’d taken of it, and now it’s not available to read online anymore, oops. On the plus side, I don’t have to look at the violent death that Sahari gets ever again. Hopefully they didn’t have any more dialogue after this. I don’t think so, but if anyone can confirm that’d be really helpful.
The dialogue here is actually near identical to the anime, but it works better than I first thought. Sahari just can’t accept that it’s over. (apparently Sahari’s version of begging for his life is to continue talking about his murderous plans and refer to the person about to kill him as ‘kisama’...)
I’m using Google Translate/online OCR/Jisho etc so don’t take this translation as certain, it was done to satisfy my own curiosity.
