-- It's ok, this is a safe space for you. You are welcomed here and wanted, and everything is going to be ok. I know that things have been very hard lately, but these bad times will pass. Life can be so uncomfortable at times, but things will work out in the end for you.

-- There is love and people who adore you. There are people who need you in their life, and when they are feeling down, they think of you to feel better. You have no idea how many people your existence has affected in a positive way. You are marvelous and unique. There is something so special about you and I hope you never forget that.

I am always safe

everywhere I go, I am protected

when I call on white light protection, it works instantly

being safe and feeling safe is easy for me

I am never paranoid at all

I get home safe everytime

someone is always making sure I get home safe and checks in on me to see if I did

my safety is my top priority

if I do not feel comfortable doing something, I don't do it

there is a protected energy around me

someone is always watching my back

any harm sent my way bounces back to sender in folds
