Let's celebrate #humpday 🇧🇷 style 🎂🍑 Even tho I am Brazilian and many would say that is an advantage, I would say not really. Look if the cake is bigger considering the gravity law and how it works, I need to work harder cuz you have more to keep up with lmao 😂🙋🏼🙆🏼💁 So that said you gotta pick and choose your battles!! Now that I have already joked around, let's talk about the serious and real behind all that. When I started with Camile if you see on a progress picture I posted before, you can clearly see the difference, my glutes were way lower than they are now, it's firmer, perky and have not even mentioning celulite. I don't remind having hamstrings, my calves were my dads blessing 👱🏼‍♀️😂 oh the shoulders Camile designed and I built. So if you ask me what do I do? I simply tell you, there is no magic, no cream, no slim tea or wrap, I have been training hard consistently everyday since July, last year I believe, I train 6 days a week, haven't missed one! I drink my 1 gallon of water when I am good 2 when I am perfect! I hit cardio 2x a day when I am on prep and keep the same on my off season no big deal only to come in tighter which was the word from Sac show on my placement on the Open A taking 5th, since I had placed 1st on Novice A. 🏆🏆 I have been dieting since, only took a brake for holidays and went back to prep. That said I really wanted this, but it's ok, I have accepted it all as my learning lesson, we still do have a lot to learn. 👱🏼‍♀️🙏🏻 .
