Like the day that marks the death of your first family pet Like a beautiful mirage, how much closer can I get? Like the magic at night In the air of a show Like your old best friends, that you don’t even know Like your last goodbye when it’s time to let go
I want to capture the nobility of the tall buildings so that they can share in being sacred elements.

'The Guidance of the Moon - Engraving the Rhythm of Life'
Just as the sun provides light and warmth to life, the moon is also an indispensable presence for life on Earth. The ebb and flow of the tides, created by the moon's gravitational pull, have promoted the evolution of living organisms and have been marking the rhythm of life. The night is a tranquil time that should not be filled with artificial light. The sea illuminated only by moonlight reminds us of the natural rhythm that life should inherently possess. In this artwork, the eternally remaining hair embraces the memory of life (DNA), expressing the mysterious world of the night where life and death exist side by side. Although hair does not feel pain, it carries a message that connects to the next generation as a definite proof of life. The moonlight emerging in the dark night illuminates the boundary between the fundamental desire of life and the inevitable death. This tense silence is depicted as an essential part of life. The idea of "memento mori" (remember that you must die) embedded in the work simultaneously highlights the transience and preciousness of life. In modern society, would eliminating the night with artificial light not threaten the natural workings that life should inherently possess? The quiet time under the moonlight is a precious gift for all life. The "MOON" series explores the influence that the moon has had on the rhythm and evolution of life, using the symbolic motifs of water and the human body to express the fundamental duality of life where life and death, creation and extinction coexist. Through this work, we can deeply contemplate the mystery and dignity of life.
