Pirelli Tower, Milan. (Pirellone)
Pirelli has an elegant silhouette and was partial inspiration for the Pan Am Building, which also eschews a boxy shape. While not as elegant, I still like the Pan Am Building - even though critics hated it.
PS- I won’t call it the MetLife Building. Nope. Never will.
