It was quite hot, so Nervous and I decided to set up Jenny's old inflatable pool. It was a housewarming gift that we never really put to use until the current heatwave. Tycho loves the heat but Nervous burns up so he mostly stayed in the shade.

I don't believe in cheat days but... this certainly was my cheat day. Even 3 years after having Tycho, it's so hard to lose the weight!

After a couple hours, he tired out quite quickly. Although it's embarrassing to admit, Nervous and I will miss him a lot once he starts preschool.

I uploaded another Altman family video on my YouTube Channel!  It’s been 3 years since I last posted, but since I got my game working a lot better than it was, and I have a ton more free time, I plan on uploading every week (I PROMISE THIS TIME)!

I’ve been playing the Altman family for 4 years already, which is just insane to me.  Their life is obviously a lot different from the last video I uploaded, so you’ll have to check it out to see what’s different!

So I’m gonna open up a couple of my sims for collab/rp. I don’t know if this is even still much of a thing in the community but if you’re a mutual and you’re interested just open a chat with me. For the record I’m basing my rp/collabs more in a realistic setting rather than the supernatural slanted simverse of NLAU.   More details under the cut because of the ungodly text wall.

So What is IMG?

IMG is a sims 3 model rp hosted and based in Discord. It features a tiered system for your model to work their way through as they reach new heights in the industry and their careers. Your characters will do this by featuring in fashion ads, editorials and spreads for brands, photographers and magazines (all of which you will create).

What Kind of Sims Can Join?

IMG is open to sims of any size, color, sex, gender or height. The only stipulations are that they must be created using The Sims 3 and they must be in a realistic style, meaning no supernatural or berry sims.

If you are interested, please keep reading. We understand that this is a long post, but please read it carefully.

Submission qualification guide: This is a Sims 3 RP! We are aiming for realism, so we will not accept berry or supernatural sims. Please give your model’s full name, their age, eye color, the hair color your model currently has in their submission photos, their height, their shoe size, their body measurements in chest, waist and hips, and the IMG office they are representing (If you do not understand how to come up with body measurements please see this post and if you still have questions feel free to contact us). The main IMG office is located in New York City but there are also offices located in the cities of Los Angeles, Chicago, London, Paris and Milan. Once you submit wait for your confirmation from an administrator (you will receive a discord link the day prior to launch.) Once you are registered (in the Discord) take a look around and get acquainted with the rules and details of the server, talk to each other and feel free to ask us questions.

Submission Photos: Submission photos should be taken in a well-lit area with a white, light grey or light beige background. Clothing, should be plain and close fitting but not skin-tight with shirt colors for women being either white, grey, black or beige. Men will submit a shirtless photo. Bottoms can be khakis or jeans. Models can either be barefoot or women can wear simple heels and men can wear simple loafers or dress shoes in one of the above listed colors.

Headshot photos: They should be taken from the shoulders or collarbone up with your model in a casual, neutral expression and minimal hair in the face. That means no hair covering the eyes or other features. However, hair framing the face is fine (see examples here).

Bodyshot photos: They should be of the full body of your model. Please do not cut off any part of the head or feet. The pose should be as straight on as possible, not a side view shot. A ¾’s view works but the point is to see the model’s whole body, not just the side of it.

Model Type: What type of model are you submitting? Are you a part-time model that does modelling as a side job? Are you looking to be a super-model? A you a more small time editorial model wanting to work your way up? Do you want to stay a small time model?

Where to Submit: Please submit your headshots, bodyshots and application (outlined below) through this blog’s submission box or as an IM to any of the administrators (blogs linked above). Once your submission is posted, feel free to reblog it.
